Happy November! 🍁

As we kick off the month, we want to take a moment to say how thankful we are for our wonderful patients and this amazing community we get to be a part of. 💛



In this season of giving, we’re hosting a Food Drive to support the Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank - and we’d love your help to make sure every table is full and no one goes hungry this holiday season! 🥫✨



We’re focusing on a few key items of need (but all donations are welcome!):

🍚 Rice (2 lb bags – white or brown)

🥣 Hearty Soup or Chili

🐟 Canned Meats (Tuna, Chicken, Salmon, Spam)

🍽️ Boxed Meals (Hamburger Helper, Rice-A-Roni, Pasta Roni)

🌾 Cereal or Oatmeal



Drop off your donations at our office anytime this month, we’ll be collecting through November and delivering everything to the food bank at the end of the month!

This week we’re celebrating Tiann, our amazing TMJ and Orthotics Specialist here at Balance PT! 🙌

Tiann has been part of the Balance PT family for almost 20 years, how incredible is that?! 🎉
She earned her Master’s in Physical Therapy from Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles and has spent the last decade specializing in the treatment of spine and cervical pain, headaches, TMD, and foot & ankle dysfunction. Helping patients find lasting relief and get back to doing what they love. 💪💙

When she’s not in the clinic, Tiann loves to relax and spend time outdoors with friends and family. 🌿☀️

🌟 Meet Alison! The newest member of the BPT team! 🌟

We’re excited to welcome Alison, a skilled Physical Therapist with over 10 years of experience, to our BPT family! 💪

A Bellevue native, Alison earned her B.S. in Kinesiology from USC and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. Her journey into PT began back in high school with a love for sports medicine, and she’s been helping people feel their best ever since!

Alison has a passion for working with athletes of all ages, helping them recover, perform, and get back to doing what they love most. 🏃‍♀️🏌️‍♂️

When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll likely find her on the golf course, out on the water, or enjoying time in her backyard garden with her family and two dogs. 🌿🐾

🎉 October is National Physical Therapy Month, and we’re kicking things off by celebrating our incredible CEO, Kira! 💪



Not only does Kira keep our clinic running smoothly behind the scenes, she’s also in the treatment room helping her patients feel their best. 🙌



Kira earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Andrews University in Michigan and has worked in a variety of therapy settings—including an outpatient neuro clinic where she honed her skills in vestibular and balance rehab. Today, she specializes in treating vestibular and balance disorders, as well as orthopedic injuries.



Kira is passionate about educating her patients and creating personalized rehab plans to help them reach their goals. 💙



When she’s not in the clinic, this Seattle native is out exploring the PNW, hiking, trying new coffee spots, and spending time with her adorable goldendoodle, Finnley 🐾☕🌲

We want your first visit to physical therapy to be as smooth and stress-free as possible!

✅ Before your appointment, we’ll review your insurance and reach out to you about any financial responsibility - no surprises here!

🕒 Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete a few required forms. Don’t forget to bring your insurance card and photo ID so we can scan them.

Getting here early helps your therapist start your evaluation on time, which keeps your treatment (and others’) running smoothly. ⏱️

🧠 During your visit, your PT will develop a personalized treatment plan just for you, including a home exercise program to support your recovery and build strength.
