In February, during a cold spell, the café staff hosted a French food-themed day to warm our spirits! The menu featured French onion soup, salmon rillettes, mussels marinière, lamb gigot à la cuillère, and vegetable cassoulet.
The staff embraced the spirit of the event, and the chefs prepared the dishes with love and attention.
Everyone agreed: "C'est un régal!"
