Due to the upgraded Winter Storm Warning and extended time until 4pm, TCATs suspended service and the schools being cancelled l'm deciding to close the clinic early today. Have a happy holiday and stay safe and warm!

Return Patient Visit: $40-$60

60 minute Private Acupuncture Treament with Coleen: $90-$120

Over the past year, we have seen sustained increases in overhead costs, including utilities and imported clinical supplies. After careful consideration, we will be implementing a fee adjustment beginning January 2nd, 2026.

Our commitment to individualized, attentive care remains unchanged, we are grateful for your understanding as we navigate these rising costs.

Good Morning!
Just a gentle reminder to please make sure that you arrive at the clinic with enough time to check in, use the restroom and be in your seat at the time of your appointment. Late arrivals make it hard for us to run the clinic in an efficient manner. Please make sure that you are checking your confirmation emails for correct appointment dates and times. Lastly, No Call No Shows do put a strain on ICA. In times where supplies and utilities have been and still are sky rocketing in cost every appointment counts so that we can keep our rates affordable and keep the clinic at a high volume and low cost. Thank you for understanding!

Just a gentle reminder to hold off on making an acupuncture appointment if you have:

- A Fever (if you are fever free via fever reducer, you still have a fever, please wait 24 after it breaks naturally to come in)

- An Acute Cough (if you have started coughing in the last 24-48 hours, we consider that acute)

- An Uncontrolled Cough

- Acute Nausea, Vomiting or Diarrhea

Of course symptoms are unique to individuals and some come with chronic illnesses or allergies. Chronic issues are very different from issues that have started over the last few days. These protocols are in place to keep the community room and Tim and Coleen safe from any acute contagious illnesses. If you do have acute illnesses, let us know and we’d be happy prescribe you herbs to get you through it!

It’s the end of an era at 510 West State Street.
In September of 2010 we opened up Ithaca Community Acupuncture.

As I drove past this morning, 14 years later I am watching them demo the birthplace of the clinic that Tim and I have come to love. It’s where we worked with Sadie Hays and met our friends Joe and Laura at Tree of Life Health and Wellness Chiropractic and of course some of my favorite people Dani Bates and Christi Lee Golden! And even shared space with Bec and Jeffery Haley!

I’m sad to see the building fall but know the connections that we made will always live on!
