I wanted to share some positive feedback about Michael F, CNA, who I have observed working on the third floor on multiple occasions. As a former Memory Care Director, I am well aware of the unique challenges involved in working with residents with dementia. I have consistently noted Michael’s excellent interactions with our third-floor residents and believe he demonstrates a true “knack” for this work.
