-What's your favorite yoga pose?
Down dog is my go-to but I also love half moon!
-What is something that brings you balance?
Riding my bike! Both literally as a means of transportation, and figuratively as the fresh air and movement give my brain clarity.
-What is something about you that your Mighty community may not know? (fun fact)
When I'm not at Mighty, you can find me upside-down teaching at Circus Culture or teaching bike mechanic classes for women, trans, femme, non-binary folks for the Shift Program housed at Bike Walk Tompkins.
-What makes you Mighty?
Being a part of this awesome, creative, playful, and resilient community. I feel so lucky to have called Ithaca home for over 10 years, many of which have been filled with Mighty classes!
