Apparently Phil says we have 6 more weeks of winter! Miss PA Scholarship Foundation, Inc. Miss Pennsylvania, Victoria Vespico, a friend of our optical team member, Lexi, had the opportunity to meet Punxsutawney Phil personally and watch him see his shadow yesterday! Looking absolutely beautiful, Victoria looks like she loves this furry little creature!
