March is the perfect reminder of how messy and muddy change is.
Just like the transition from winter to spring, the middle of the change process is complicated, it is uncomfortable. As you try out new behaviors and explore making tiny shifts.
Hope is noticing the little things.
The birds in the trees 🐦, the longer daylight ☀️, the warmer breeze, etc.
It's noticing small growth. Giving credit to what you're doing now in the in-between. The reframes and mindset shifts. The energy and hope of what's coming and what's happening now ✨. What you're learning as you experiment.
Breathe deeply, you're built to accomplish hard things AND to rest. Growth can feel slow and messy. 🌷
Manage those expectations, watch for the inclination for perfection and ease. Dig deep, notice, and breathe! 💪
You have what it takes! You are already doing more than you realize!

When we get stuck in ALL or NOTHING mindset we trap ourselves with no options.
When we reframe it to ALL or SOMETHING we allow ourselves to ask, "what can I do?" Or "what do I want?"
We give ourselves flexibility, options, and hope.
We might not be able to control the situation but who do we want to be in this situation? How do we want to show up?
Give yourself grace, when you hear the all or nothing mindset slip in, we're able to change our mind or reframe it.
Noticing counts.

When too much time passes that anticipation and uncomfortable feeling grows! This shows us how we're such creatures of habit and comfort.
Stay connected to what pushes you and draws you to learn and grow! Falling down is okay, that's when we get back up stronger than before.
We can refill and recharge in our safe bubble, but finding balance and being okay with discomfort, stepping out and being brave is a beautiful thing! This is where growth happens!
