This Saturday was the inaugural Pink the Rink Fundraiser, an event created in memory of Fay Cokely. The event raised proceeds for the Cancer Resource Center, Hospicare and the American Cancer Society.

Thank you to all who attended! We're very grateful to have met the Cokely family and to receive such incredible community support.

We are honored to be a recipient of the Ithaca High School Boys Hockey Pink the Rink Fundraiser.

This special event will celebrate the life of Fay Cokely, a beloved mother of a former Ithaca Boys Hockey player. A portion of remaining funds from the event will be donated to the Cancer Resource Center to support critical services and support in the fight against cancer.

Doors open at 11:00 am tomorrow and the puck drops at noon. We hope to see you there!

At 43 years old, and with no prior family history, Nicole was diagnosed with breast cancer.

The Cancer Resource Center helped Nicole pay for medical bills and transportation costs. More importantly, she was provided with the emotional support and guidance needed to heal.

The Ángel Fund, created in honor of Miguel Ángel Balsa Marín, is celebrating 10 years of providing direct assistance to community members!

Since it's start, the fund has received over 200 donations for those with cancer, providing immediate necessities like food and transportation to appointments, as well as assistance with bills.
