The Southern Utah Veterans Home proudly provides post-acute care and rehabilitation services to help veterans transition smoothly from hospital to home. Our highly specialized continuum of care is designed to ensure every step leads toward strength, recovery, and independence.

With comfortable surroundings and personalized support, veterans and their families can truly feel at home while away from home.

Our Services Include:

• Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy
• Wound & Orthopedic Care
• Post-Stroke Rehabilitation
• Medication & Diabetes Management

• IV & Respiratory Services

Our admissions team is available 24/7—including weekends and holidays—to ensure timely access to care for Utah’s Veterans.

Thanks to the generosity of our amazing staff and community, we were able to donate 7 full barrels of food to the Utah Food Bank this year.

I want to personally thank everyone who contributed. Your kindness helps families in need feel a little more supported and a lot more loved during the holiday season. ❤️

💜 Thank You! 💜

I just want to take a moment to thank everyone who came out last Thursday for the Alzheimer’s Walk and to everyone who purchased a T-shirt — your support means the world to me.

Thanks to all of you, through T-shirt sales and raffle tickets, we raised an incredible $3,713 for the Alzheimer’s Association! 🙌

I’m truly grateful for each and every one of you. You’ve shown what an amazing, supportive team we have — and together, we’re making a difference in the fight against Alzheimer’s. 💪💜

Thank you again from the bottom of my heart! 💜

The parking lot and grounds of the Southern Utah Veterans Home in Ivins were filled with pinwheel-toting families who were there for a purpose.
