🎄💚 Leadership with Heart (and Christmas Spirit!) 💚🎄

At Greystone Park, our Executive Director, Karla Miller, believes that leadership is about showing up — and sometimes that means showing up as The Grinch! 😄

Our residents were surprised and delighted when our Executive Director dressed up to spread Christmas cheer, laughter, and a few grinchy smiles. Moments like these remind us that the best leaders lead with heart, joy, and a genuine love for the people they serve. ❤️

We are incredibly grateful for leadership that goes above and beyond to create meaningful memories for our residents and their families.

A heartfelt thank you to our friends at Above & Beyond Home Health, Beyond Faith Hospice, and Hospice of Wichita Falls for bringing goodies and spreading Christmas cheer to our residents and staff.
