Cody's Pick of the Week!
I have always went back to two supplements consistently in my fitness career. Creatine and Turkesterone. I've always loved Turk but it was never available at GNC until recently, offered by the amazing Codeage brand. The other problem with products I have had before is absorption rate and having to take large quantities. This fixes that. Lemme drop some knowledge about Liposomal Turkesterone:
1. Enhanced Bioavailability
Standard turkesterone is often broken down by stomach acid or eliminated by the liver before it can do its work. Liposomal technology aims to bypass these hurdles, allowing more of the active compound to reach your muscle tissues.
2. Muscle Protein Synthesis (MPS)
Like other ecdysteroids, turkesterone is believed to stimulate muscle protein synthesis by acting on estrogen receptor beta (ERβ) pathways. Unlike synthetic anabolic steroids, it does not bind to androgen receptors, meaning it doesn't typically cause hormonal suppression or "shut down" natural testosterone production.
3. Improved Recovery and Strength
Users often report faster recovery times between training sessions and a noticeable "fullness" in the muscles. This is attributed to the compound’s potential to help the body maintain a positive nitrogen balance.
4. Adaptogenic Properties
Turkesterone is considered an adaptogen, which means it may help the body manage physical and mental stress. This can lead to improved endurance during high-intensity workouts and reduced cortisol levels, which is beneficial for maintaining a lean physique.
