Please join me in meditation this evening, February 19th!

Adult Group Guided Meditation meets every Thursday 1st and 3rd Thursday evening from 6:30-8:00pm.
We meet at the Art 634 building in Jackson, Michigan.

If you would like to join, send me a message at Tap Into You LLC. Your first time is free! Don't hesitate to see what group guided meditation is all about!

We will take time to talk. You are welcome to share anything that is on your mind. Maybe you had a really great day/week and you're proud of your accomplishments.

Or maybe your day/week wasn't the best and you just need to vent about it.

Creating a meditation practice is beneficial for you and the people around you in many ways.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for relaxation that also promotes healing. It's done through touch, or hovering a hand over the body. A warm and soothing energy flows from my hands into the client promoting relaxation and releasing tension.

Being more thoughtful about what I consume has led me to trying to reduce the amount of high fructose corn syrup I eat. I love juices and teas so so much, so I have been making homemade chi tea concentrate. I mix the concrete with coconut and almond milk and use honey to sweeten it. It's delicious!

Cleanse, strengthen and protect your aura with me using the Angelic Aura body mist.

Simply start by placing some oil and your non-dominant hand and then take your dominant hand and activate the oil.

To do this, put the dominant hand over the top of the non-dominant hand and rotate clockwise three times.

Then start with your fingertips together over top of your head.
Gently comb and move your fingers and your hands through your auric field however you feel called.

Picture your org field around you growing bigger and stronger and brighter.
