✨ Choose a gentle exfoliation method.
✨ Start slowly. Usually, 1–2x per week is plenty.
✨ Pay attention to your skin. If you notice sensitivity, scaling back is always the right move.
✨ Support your skin barrier with hydrating and soothing ingredients.
