Your brain depends on your heart more than you think. This month, we’re highlighting the connection between heart health and stroke prevention.

Knowing the BEFAST signs of stroke can save a life:

👉Balance — sudden loss of balance
👉Eyes — vision changes
👉Face drooping
👉Arm weakness
👉Speech difficulty
👉Time to call 911

If you notice any of these signs, act BEFAST. Every minute matters when it comes to stroke.
