Hilaire’s bio:
“After completing the Yoga Works teacher training with Maty Ezraty in Los Angeles in the 90s Hilaire went on to open the original Hilltop Yoga in Michigan. She is now based in Chicago with the Hilltop Yoga brand being now 23 years open! She lived with Cancer for 16 years, underwent 12 major surgeries for various complications. A 36 year Training Teacher Hilaire continues to teach and train in studio and all over the world. “She has a gift in making something ancient feel so valuable for our currant world and lives.” Hilaire’s traditional teachings empower students to dive deeper into their practice and discover the wisdom, beauty and strength that lies within.”
