Patanjali’s only instruction for asana was sthira sukham asana aka the posture should be steady and comfortable. There were very few standing poses before 1900 and they were practiced slowly and were often held for long periods of time. The practice of asanas was preparatory for meditation and spiritual work. 😎💫

Winter Break Kids Yoga with Ms. Hayley: a perfect way to stretch the fun of winter break! Ages 6–11 (suggested). $10 per child per class.

Hayley is an elementary school teacher and trained in creating calm classrooms. She is an expert in teaching kids how to self-regulate through breath + movement.

Waiver required for sign-up and drop-off. Child must be at least 6 years old for drop-off. Sign up is required for each child and each date you plan to attend. Packages cannot be used. No refunds or credit for cancellations.
