THomas brings 25+ years of experience in the financial industry, followed by 14 years in skilled nursing, where he advanced from Caregiver to Business Office leadership. His background includes Accounts Receivable, Business Office Management, and serving as a Regional HR Manager, overseeing HR operations for multiple communities.

After taking time to focus on family, Thomas knew Brandywine was the right place to return to meaningful work and caring for others. A lifelong member of the Torrington/NWCT community, he’s excited to grow with the team and support residents and staff alike.
