❄️ Snow Shoveling Season Is Here... and So Are Your Spines! ❄️

You might think clearing that driveway is just “winter chores,” but each year in America about 11,500 people end up in the ER from snow-shoveling mishaps.
Of those, sprains and strains make up around 55% of the injuries, and the lower back is the most common area affected, with about 34% of all cases.

So yes, that “quick 10-minute driveway clean-up” can easily turn into a battle of man vs. snow vs. spine.

🛠️ At Smarch Chiropractic, we say: if you are going to brave the cold and get under that snow-laden shovel, come in for a little pre-shovel tune-up. Think of it as giving your spine a snowblower of its own, so you are ready to toss snow instead of throwing your back out.
