Women’s History Month Spotlight: Paula Beecham

This March, we celebrate the incredible women who lead, serve, and make a lasting impact every day at Christ Community Health Services. Today, we’re honored to highlight Paula Beecham.

As a Quality/Legal Administrative Assistant, Paula supports the medical and legal teams while contributing to trainings, quality meetings, patient concerns, and clinical and legal projects. Her work reaches across many areas of CCHS, helping strengthen the care we provide.

Paula also plays a special role in leading our weekly morning devotion, helping to start the day with purpose and encouragement for our entire team.

“I desire to make a difference in others by leading a godly life and to encourage others to have a daily relationship with God.”

Her commitment to serving others extends beyond the workplace. At Promise Church in Cordova, Paula is actively involved in fellowship, hospitality, and service. She also enjoys participating in community outreach, especially food drives that support families across Memphis.

During Women’s History Month, we celebrate women like Paula who lead with faith, compassion, and dedication. Thank you, Paula, for the difference you make every day and for the example you set for others.

We ask that You bring healing to their bodies, peace to their minds, and comfort to their hearts.
