Join Laurie Lewis this Saturday Feb. 7th from 9-10 am for Yin Yoga! This is a great class for all levels. Walk ins welcome but please arrive 10 minutes early to check in. Doors will lock at 9 am. $10

Yoga news for Feb and March:
Carol Morrow is on a much deserved winter break.
Wednesday Yin Yoga is on PAUSE until March 11th. Yoga instructor Laurie Lewis will be filling in for Carol for Saturday Yin Yoga class at 9 am through Feb.
There will be NO class Saturday March 7th. Carol will be back for her regular Saturday class March 14th.
There will be a pop up Cardio Chair yoga class with Carol on Tuesday March 10th at 9 am.
Sneak peek into April, join us for a special Yin Yoga and Sound event honoring Earth Day, Tuesday April 21st from 5:30-7pm with Carol, Rick and Anne.
