A super heartfelt “Thank You” to the Settle Into Stillness Ensemble for the amazing Gong Workshop and Sound Journey they gifted us with yesterday.
We have so much appreciation for them and our beautiful Community! 💜
Some came to participate in the learning of vibrational dynamics within gong playing and some came to rest, restore and soak up all the wonderful frequencies of the Sound Journey. It was a fantastic day and already looking forward to the next time they roll through Jackson!

9-10 am join Carol Morrow for Yin Yoga, great for any level $10
2-4 pm join Settle into Stillness for a hands on experiential Gong Workshop. Amazing to have this level of training here in Jackson, MI! $50
6-8 pm join Settle Into Stillness Ensemble for a Sound Journey unlike any other, with 15 years of experience worldwide. Not to be missed! $50

This coming Saturday March 28th our Friends from Settle Into Stillness will be holding space and for that we are grateful. This will be their 15th year touring around the world and they have much to share. Here are their own words about the events they are so generously sharing at this time:

“Our purpose is to hold a sanctuary for you
a place where your breath can deepen,
your nervous system can exhale,
and your spirit can finally be free.

There comes a moment when the world asks too much,
when the noise outside drowns out the whisper within,
when you long to be witnessed, supported, and softly seen.

This is where we meet you.

In the quiet.
In the in-between.

In the space where you can lay down the weight you’ve been carrying and remember the truth you’ve forgotten.

With each breath, you soften.
With each vibration, you open.
The tension loosens.
The stories fall away.
The heart begins to remember.
