Our Story

Dr. Mandi Wood grew up in Southeast Missouri. She graduated from SEMO with a BS in Exercise Science and went on to continue her studies at Logan College of Chiropractic and graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2015. She learned and worked alongside Dr. Khonda Andrews of Andrews Chiropractic & Acupuncture Center until Dr. Andrews retired in December, 2016 after nearly 30 years of practicing. Mandi reopened under new ownership and a new name, Heartland Chiropractic Center, in January 2017. Heartland Chiropractic Center is located on E. Jackson Blvd., just 1 mile west of I-55. We are a laid-back yet professional office that makes you feel like a family member rather than just another patient. Our goal is to provide quality chiropractic care to patients of all ages while accommodating your needs and providing a positive experience to grow and live well. We are attentive to the needs of your whole family, personalizing a treatment that is just right for you. Our qualified staff is friendly and ready to ensure a pleasant visit. We take pride in providing you with the best care possible as an individual and building a long-term patient/doctor relationship. We look forward to meeting you and helping you adjust to a healthy lifestyle.
