Isabel Harris came to Jackson the long way — all the way from Wales, UK — and hasn’t looked back since. While the mountains that brought her here, her love and active lifestyle made her stay. When she began learning to ski, she quickly discovered that mobility, strength, and injury prevention weren’t optional extras — they were essential. That realization sparked a deep dive into yoga that led to 300+ hours of Vinyasa and strength training certifications.

Isabel’s classes are grounded and fluid, weaving fundamental body postures together with intentional breathwork to create a practice that feels both accessible and alive. Her energy is warm and genuinely welcoming — the kind that makes first-timers feel at home and seasoned practitioners feel seen.

Beyond group classes, Isabel offers private bookings for those looking for a more personalized experience. She’s also expanding into Pilates, currently completing her STOTT Pilates Reformer training — bringing the same precision and care to the reformer that she brings to the mat.

With a background in sports medicine and a lifelong love of yoga and mountain movement, Heather Ardis knows how to build a class that fires on all cylinders. Join her for sculpt and dynamic heated vinyasa — and find out what your body is really capable of.

Heather’s passion for yoga blossomed from a deep love for mountain sports. As an avid ski mountaineer, biker, and runner, she initially came to the practice to physically restore and strengthen — and over years of dedicated practice, became deeply rooted in its philosophy and history.

Heather spent a decade in sports medicine, bringing an extensive understanding of anatomy and physiology to the mat. She holds over 600 hours of training in vinyasa, power, hot, sculpt, and restorative yoga — earned across Maui, Crested Butte, and Boulder — and has accumulated more than 3,000 hours of teaching experience. Her classes weave elements of chanting and pranayama into powerful, asana-driven sequences. She has had the pleasure of leading over a dozen 200-hour teacher trainings and guiding international yoga retreats around the world.

When she’s not sharing the gift of yoga, you’ll find Heather running in the mountains, gardening, or adventuring in her van with her pup and husband, Daniel. She also pursues a career in wildlife conservation travel.
