We’re so grateful to Alex Viveros and the for featuring our tenant, Sue Wolff, PMHNP-BC, and her work with Spravato, one of the many treatments she offers our community.

A few quotes from the article we love:

“Spravato, the medicine Wolff administers, is the only ketamine drug approved by the FDA to treat depression. As far as she knows, she is the only provider in Jackson Hole who offers it.”

“Health insurance companies generally cover Spravato… Wolff said insurance can bring costs to around $10 for patients. ‘The folks I’m helping and working with are the average person in Jackson, who are not overly wealthy.’”

“Sanacora, the Yale expert, said the best and strongest efficacy data exists for intranasal Spravato for treatment-resistant depression.”

“[Dr. Drew] Ramsey praised Wolff for jumping through hoops to provide FDA-approved Spravato.”

⚠️ Trigger warning: this article discusses su***de.
As the article reminds us:
“If you or someone you know is having thoughts of su***de or is in emotional distress, contact the 988 Su***de and Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988 or visiting 988Lifeline.org.”

Taking time to pause… together.

Saturday’s Provider Pause at Astoria Hot Springs was a beautiful reminder to care for ourselves so we can continue caring for our community. We’re grateful for the chance to slow down, reconnect, and even share the space with a few providers who made the trek from over the hill.

Grateful for moments like these that remind us we’re not in this work alone. Here’s to more opportunities to connect, breathe, and refill our cups. 💚

We’re a Wyoming Women’s Foundation Grantee! 💜

Did you know that 100% of our subsidized rent program has supported women-owned mental health businesses? Whether it’s a bilingual therapist supporting Spanish-speaking families, an art therapist helping clients express what words can’t capture, or a psychiatric nurse practitioner bringing integrative care to Jackson, our tenants are truly making a difference.

We’re so grateful that the Wyoming Women’s Foundation believes in this work, awarding us a grant to strengthen our ability to provide affordable space for these essential providers. Their investment sends a clear message: supporting women means supporting the wellbeing of our entire community.
