What is Lymphatic massage, or Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)?

Lymphatic massage is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique that encourages the movement of lymph fluid through the body to reduce swelling (lymphedema), support the immune system, and aid post-surgery recovery by clearing congested lymph nodes, using light pressure to guide fluid towards functioning lymph nodes, distinctly different from deep tissue massage.

We use specific, light strokes along lymphatic pathways, often starting at major drainage areas like the neck, armpits, and groin, to help the body's fluid balance and detoxification!
