Good Thursday morning, Yoga students A quick reminder. I will not be teaching at any of my locations Thursday Aug.7th through Sunday Aug.10th. There is a sub for Yoga Saturday morning at Dexter Wellness Center but to my knowledge not for Aqua , I foresee that being canceled. So call before you go or check the website. HEADS UP YOGA STUDENTS this weeks class line up!!! No class Monday at Hillsdale Library due to election. No class Tuesday at Somerset Township Hall due to election. Also no class Tuesday in Hudson. However both Aqua and Yoga will be held on Wed at Dexter Wellness Center. I will be out of State from Thursday to Sunday evening so not on site at Essential Energies on Friday or Dexter and Chelsea on Sat. Saturdays yoga class does have a sub but not Aqua class as of yet.
