This November is about shining a light on something close to home: diabetes awareness 🩵

At our little corner pharmacy, we know that behind every prescription is a person: a neighbor, a friend, a loved one. Diabetes touches many lives in our community, even in our own families, and we’re here to walk alongside you and your family with compassion and care. 🤝

Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been managing for years, we’re here to help with supplies like glucose monitors and test strips, but also a familiar face and trusted advice.

Today, we’re raising a heartfelt cheer for the folks who help keep our pharmacies running: our incredible pharmacy technicians! 🎉

Whether they’re sorting inventory, filling prescriptions, or cracking a joke to lighten the day, they’re the unseen heroes who keep us going!

If you're a state employee (excluding PEEHIP and Local Government), just a friendly reminder—the deadline to get your biometric health screening submitted is October 31st!

Here at Mac’s Drugs, we’re happy to help you check that off your list. We offer biometric screenings anytime we’re open, and we accept walk-ins during our regular hours every weekday except Wednesdays, when screenings are available by appointment only 🩺✨

We’re celebrating the friendly faces who make every visit feel like home: our amazing clerks! Whether they’re helping find items in store, ringing up purchases, or simply greeting our customers with a smile, these team members go above and beyond to make our customers feel welcome! Fire Prevention week may be ending, but fire safety is not! 🚒🚨

In the spirit of fire safety, we wanted to remind everyone to familiarize their kiddos with the life-saving gear firemen might wear in a fire emergency! It can look pretty scary to little ones, but we wanted to give you the chance to remind them that if they see this in a fire, that’s not a monster! Those are the good guys! This mask helps firemen to breathe clean air and avoid damaging their lungs with debris and particles that might float around in a fire situation. 🔥

The respirator helps our firemen “breathe easy,” and Mac’s Drugs is here to help you do the same! The goldenrod is blooming and allergens are getting kicked up 🤧 but we’ve got you covered! From saline nasal sprays to antihistamines, we are stocked up and ready to help you enjoy the fall air.. and not avoid it! Come by and talk with one of our pharmacists today on how some of our over-the-counter medications might can help!! 💚💙
