Meet Deidre 🤍 As we close out the last week of the month, we’re sending so much gratitude to her. Join us in celebrating her by sharing one word you feel after her classes in the comments below!

For the rest of March, her classes are $15! Here are some things you might not know about Deidre!

• What styles do you teach?
“Himalayan Kundalini, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra + Sound Healing, Full Moon Circles, and Mantra + Meditation.”

• What does yoga mean to you right now?
“Many traditions within yoga speak of an inner light, the jyoti, that exists in every being. The practice isn’t about acquiring something new, but remembering what was always there. Peeling back the layers of fear, distraction, and noise to reveal what’s luminous underneath.”

• What are you currently learning?
“The more I learn, the less I know. I’m currently in a YTT for Vishoka Meditation through the Himalayan Institute.”

• What keeps you coming back to teaching?
“The community.”

• One word you hope students feel after class?
“Expansive.”

Even in the outter world’s chaos, you can experience inner ease. And it’s an important choice!

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice often called “yogic sleep.” While lying comfortably, you are led through gentle awareness of the body, breath, and mind, allowing the nervous system to deeply relax while the mind remains aware.

This state of conscious rest can help reduce stress, improve sleep, support emotional balance, and enhance clarity and resilience. Even a short practice can leave people feeling deeply restored—similar to several hours of sleep—while also cultivating greater self-awareness and calm.

Join us this weekend- you will shocked at how much peace you can access from this practice. 🤍

Akasha Yoga

Akasha is the Sanskrit word for space or ether, the most subtle of the 5 elements.

EARTH WATER FIRE AIR SPACE

Space is the field of potential where everything happens.

In space, anything can rise; there is freedom to choose; and we find connections as we allow space for the quiet voice of insight and inspiration.
