At Our Family Friend, we are thoughtful about who joins our team — because families are trusting us with something incredibly important.
We don’t hire simply to fill shifts.
We don’t hire to build a roster.
And we certainly don’t hire just anyone.
We hire to build the right matches.
We hire to enhance the experience of the seniors we serve.
Right now, we have a limited number of openings:
• 2 Overnight Caregivers
• 3 Daytime Caregivers
• Select Personal Assistant positions
We also have clients on a waitlist, ready to be carefully matched with the right caregiver. That means we are looking for the right people — not just open availability.
Part-time, full-time, and seasonal opportunities are available.
No experience is required. We provide fully paid training. What matters most to us is character, professionalism, and heart.
Every applicant goes through a thorough interview and vetting process to ensure alignment with our values and standards of care.
We look for individuals who are:
• Reliable and professional
• Compassionate and patient
• Strong communicators
• Emotionally mature
• Comfortable working independently
This is meaningful work. Our caregivers and personal assistants make it possible for seniors to age confidently and safely at home. Some provide overnight stability. Others offer daytime support and companionship. Every role plays a critical part.
