💥 What’s one thing you can do today that will have the greatest impact on your life?

No matter how small. Just start with one action.

We all procrastinate, especially if you have perfectionistic tendencies... (me!)
Old patterns die hard - but all it takes is one tiny action to get started.

You don’t need to figure out why or how, creating unnecessary mental & emotional stress. That’s your brain wanting to keep you safe. It’s is job, albeit not helpful when we are trying to live the life we truly desire.

So if you find yourself procrastinating - notice it & say to yourself,
“Don’t let perfect stand in the way of Good.”

Take a deep breath 😮‍💨 & the next small step.

What I know is True: We all mess up. We are human & that is an amazing thing!! Because we can learn & grow & trust & have compassion for ourselves & others. Take responsibility when we mess up & simply try again.

If you suffer from any past trauma where it wasn’t safe NOT to be perfect…I hear you.

I get you.

If I can, you can.

And that’s what I know is true, too.

You know when people say they don’t have the words to describe something??

~ I truly honestly do NOT.

There are a TON of people that have helped me get to today - a TON - some have literally been by my side for every step.

I don’t have the words for what each step has meant.

Not sure I ever will.

Beyond Grateful ✨

Life happens. It’s what you do with the s**t which will inevitably be thrown @ You.

There’s always a choice. Even when you don’t feel like there is.
