Amador Yoga is excited to introduce Kristina Karlin, our massage therapist. Specializing in Swedish, Shiatsu, and reflexology techniques, Kristina will help you release stress, restore balance, and promote healing. Sessions are $85/hr or $120 for 90 minutes.

Are you a certified massage therapist looking for a peaceful, wellness-focused space to practice on weekends? Amador Yoga has an open slot for a studio space rental on Saturdays and Sundays. 💖 Amador Yoga Outreach Program
We’re bringing wellness to the community! Through our Outreach Program, we offer donation-based yoga and meditation classes in rural areas, including West Point and Amador. Current classes include Slow Vinyasa at BMCYF, Beginning Meditation at Amador Yoga, and Beginning Qigong.
🍎 Seasonal Offerings - Local Produce
Get fresh, local veggies and apple cider every week at Amador Yoga! We’re stocking pre-made veggie bags from Soular Farms, priced at \$15-\$20. Plus, we have apple cider quarts available for \$10, with a \$2 jar deposit. Support local farmers while nourishing your body!
🪑 Labor Day Schedule Changes & Free Chair Massages
On Sept. 1, morning yoga classes will be held as usual, but in the afternoon, we’re offering FREE 10-minute chair massages with Kristina! Be sure to book your spot by calling ahead at (209) 269-6470 at least 24 hours in advance.
