Caregivers, this one’s for you 💙

Take a break, connect with others, and discover a simple tool that can help you recharge. Join us for our next Caregiver Support Group on March 2 at 2 PM at Daybreak, featuring facilitator Kathy Johnston Betzoldt, M.A., L.P.C. and the topic: ✍️ The Power of Journaling as a Caregiver.

You’ll learn how journaling can ease stress, help process emotions, and give you a moment of calm in the middle of busy caregiving days.

🕊 Respite care is available during the meeting so you can attend worry-free.
📞 Call 517-266-2588 to reserve respite care.

You don’t have to do caregiving alone. Come share, listen, and leave encouraged.

❄️ Helpful Hint from JATA ❄️

If you’re a business owner or resident with a bus stop or shelter near your property, please help keep it accessible this winter.

Clearing snow and ice from sidewalks and walking paths leading to bus stops and shelters helps ensure passengers can safely board and exit the bus. Many riders rely on these stops daily for work, school, medical appointments, and essential services.

A few minutes of snow removal can make a significant difference in safety, accessibility, and on-time service.

Thank you for helping keep our community moving safely this winter.
