Our mission is to provide comprehensive rehabilitation and habilitation services, at an affordable rate, for individuals with and without insurance. It is our vision that all members of our community will receive the highest quality of therapy services to meet their rehabilitation and habilitation needs across all ages and stages of life. ....Why Choose CSTC? • We are locally owned and operated by clinicians who know and understand your rehabilitation needs. • Our clinical staff is specialized to meet the high standards we uphold for our clients. • Our evaluation process includes standardized testing, informal assessment, and consultation with client/family. • Treatment is individualized and includes home programs and patient/family education to increase the rate of progress. • CSTC offers a variety of treatment approaches, individual and group formats to most appropriately meet your needs • We provide frequent client/family consultation to review progress and establish an ongoing treatment plan at no additional charge to our clients. • Our therapy team collaborates with schools, physicians, community agencies and organizations to best meet our clients needs. • CSTC accepts Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, Priority Health, and most private health insurance plans.
