Change doesn’t happen overnight. Especially when it involves altering something that has a pretty good way of running on its own. Your body is an amazing machine that will adapt to whatever you throw at it. You can’t just expect however for it to just change in a few weeks after you spent years abusing it. That’s not how change works.
It comes from setting a goal, creating a plan, and showing up day after day even when motivation wasn’t there. The body must learn to adapt to that change before it will change but The truth is, most people want the result… but very few are willing to commit to the process.
Real change takes time. It takes consistency. It takes pushing through the days where progress feels slow and trusting that the work will pay off if you stay the course.
