🤔 Not sure whether to grab an ice pack or a heating pad? Here’s a quick guide to help you make the right choice!
Ice is great for new injuries, swelling, sprains, strains, migraines, and acute flare-ups.
Heat is best for chronic muscle tightness, arthritic discomfort, and long-standing joint or spinal pain.
Both can help- when used correctly!
