Capital Foot Clinic

Capital Foot Clinic Established in September 1981, Mississippi Foot Clinic was founded by Dr. W.

James Lewis with the ultimate goal of providing exceptional lower extremity care to the Greater Jackson area. Located in the heart of the capital of the Magnolia State, our clinic has been recognized on the local, state, and national levels for our dedication to Diabetic foot care. In July 2016, Capital Foot Clinic was established with the same principles and approach to podiatric medicine but with a different name and location. Our physician has been trained to detect, firsthand, those diseases that manifest themselves in the foot, especially those that affect the African American population. It is our desire is to increase awareness of these types of diseases and to provide the best care possible, which will serve the greater purpose for the greatest number of and all people.

Hi Facebook Friends! Alternating different pairs of shoes is so important in ensuring that your feet are properly offloaded. Once you wear a pair everyday, your feet will adjust to the shoes as they wear and tear; and the shoes will lose their supportive integrity. Make sure that you're changing out those work shoes throughout the week.
