Pizza Chips
Ingredients:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni or your favorite pizza toppings
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Olive oil spray
- Salt to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut each flour tortilla into 8 triangle-shaped chips.
3. Arrange the tortilla chips on a baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Lightly spray the chips with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, dried oregano, and garlic powder.
5. Bake the chips for 5-7 minutes, or until they begin to crisp and turn golden.
6. Remove from oven and spoon a small amount of pizza sauce over each chip.
7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the sauce.
8. Add a slice of pepperoni or your choice of pizza toppings on each chip.
9. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
10. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
