It has been a great week for yoga, and I enjoyed our Tuesday night class immensely.
Yogis Hang Out will be closed on Tuesday, April 21st, but reservations are now being accepted for the next week, Tuesday, April 28th, at 5:45 PM. I wish everyone a wonderful week and will miss seeing you all.

I'm grateful for all attendees last Tuesday and missed those who couldn’t make it.
I always want to create a welcoming and supportive environment where every person—no matter their experience level—feels comfortable showing up exactly as they are.
Whether you’re completely new to trapeze yoga or returning for practice, these classes are about building strength, finding balance, and nurturing a sense of calm that you can carry into your everyday life.
Yoga isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress, presence, and honoring your own journey.

We were fortunate to have a beautiful evening for yoga last Tuesday. The open bay doors allowed us to appreciate the lovely garden lights and the symphony of night sounds, including birdsong, crickets, and the gentle flow of water from the pond's waterfall, all complemented by our collective laughter, which added to the warmth of the experience.
