LIFT Wellness Center is a medical fitness facility guided by a medical advisory board. We are a department of Jackson-Madison County General Hospital and are equally dedicated to improving our members' overall health and wellbeing. Our team of professional fitness and clinical experts are able to help members enhance their total body health through services such as personal training, massage, physical therapy, aquatic therapy, disease management, health risk screenings, fitness assessments, exercise prescriptions, goal assistance, safe exercise techniques, and dietary consultation. Our center will also be home to a primary care clinic and healthy cafe in addition to the vast menu of wellness center amentities.

Rock Steady Boxing is a nationally recognized, non-contact boxing program created specifically for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease — and right here at LIFT, our athletes show us every single week what strength, courage, and perseverance truly look like.

Through footwork, punching drills, balance work, and functional training, participants experience improvements in:
