Day 3: Upper trapezius & lateral neck stretch 🌸

🌸This is a must for those with tension in the top of the shoulders that radiates into the side of the neck
🌸 I work on this area all the time—it holds so much tension from desk work, stress, and posture
🌸 If your neck feels tight or you’re getting headaches by the end of the day… this one’s for you.
🌸Stay gentle. Breathe. Let the shoulder drop.
20–30 seconds each side.
