I had so much fun at Sanctuary and absolutely fell in love with all the care and amenities TreeCasa offers. I knew it was the perfect place to host my next international retreat.

I’ll be back for Sanctuary Music Festival March 2026 and just might be offering some wellness sessions! This will get me even more familiar with all TreeCasa offers and more time to explore San Juan del Sur setting the stage to return May 2nd - 9th to host an amazing wellness & adventure retreat!

Private office space is now available at Medicine Wheel Wellness as “Wellness Workspace”. Excel PT & many great practitioners will remain at 120 W Pearl (downtown across from Pearl St Bagels and Black Diamond). I am transitioning out of the space to a new location (1116 Maple Way) to hold expanded Excel PT and MWW practices with a concierge sports medicine & athlete training focus, The Sacred Athlete. We will be open by the end of this month!

The three offices/studio for rent at MWW range from $800-1400. That includes all utilities, Internet, an admin common desk, waiting room, kitchenette, triple net. The best part is your stepping into a well known wellness space already full of other amazing practitioners to network and collaborate with!
