Congratulations to our April Employee of the Month, Dakota Carper. Dakota is a denials specialist here at KCC and is always keeping us laughing! She is always willing to help when needed and we are so thankful to have her on the KCC team.

Not only does she do a great job in her day-to-day work, but she also supports our team in other ways. Whenever we have events for the patient needs fund, Dakota is always willing to donate and help however she can. Sharmonique is a Clinical Records Specialist in Infusion and is always smiling and making others laugh. She is truly a joy to be around, and we are so thankful to have her as part of the KCC team.

Help us congratulate Sharleen Morgan on her new role as Clinical Manager of the 3rd Floor Clinic! 🎉

Sharleen previously served as the Breast Cancer Nurse Navigator here at KCC and brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and experience to her new position. We are confident she will do amazing things in this role!

Sharleen began her nursing career with West Tennessee Healthcare in 1998 and transitioned into oncology in 2007. When Kirkland Cancer Center opened in 2014, she worked in chemotherapy infusion before becoming a Breast Cancer Nurse Navigator.

“Oncology nursing is a passion of mine, and I feel honored to support patients and their families throughout their cancer journey” said Sharleen.

Sharleen lives in Weakley County, Tennessee with her husband of 32 years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, quilting, and traveling.

Help us welcome Stephanie Fiddler to her newest role at Kirkland Cancer Center as our Breast Cancer Nurse Navigator! 💗

Stephanie graduated from the University of Memphis with her BSN in 2015 and later earned her MSN in Nursing Education in 2022. 🎓

Her nursing experience includes Emergency Room, ICU, Nursing Education, and most recently two years in Chemo Infusion here at KCC. Her knowledge, compassion, and dedication make her an incredible advocate for our patients.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys coffee, spending time outdoors with her family, and being involved at her church.

We are so thankful to have Stephanie on the KCC team and in this important role supporting our patients through their breast cancer journey.

Help us congratulate Katelyn Branch on her new role as a Social Worker here at Kirkland Cancer Center! 🎉

Katelyn is a Jackson, TN native and first joined us as a Social Work Intern in September 2024 while completing her field practicum during her bachelor’s program. During her time at Union, she was recognized with the Union University Social Work Class of 2025 Outstanding BSW Field Practicum Student Award! 😃

She graduated with her Bachelor’s of Social Work from Union University in May 2025 and will graduate with her Master’s of Social Work on May 2, 2026! 🎓

Katelyn joined the team part-time in May after graduation and stepped into her full-time role in December. When asked about her experience, Katelyn says, “I have loved every second of it.”

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and painting. 🎨

Katelyn's smile lights up whatever room that she walks in and is truly a blessing to both our patients and staff here at Kirkland Cancer Center. We are so thankful to have her on the KCC team!
