Every session. Every client.
This muscle balm is the only thing I use on my table.

I hand-make it with natural herbs so I know exactly what’s touching my clients’ bodies—and my own hands, day after day.

Caring for others starts with caring for the tools that do the work.
My hands are my career, and this is how I protect them for the long run.

Quiet. Intentional. Essential.

Something new is coming.

For years, I’ve watched massage therapists struggle with jaw tension showing up everywhere—neck, shoulders, headaches, nervous system overload—yet TMJ work is often avoided, rushed, or treated like a specialty add-on.

I’m changing that.

I’m putting the finishing touches on a TMJ program designed to blend seamlessly into routine massage sessions—no overwhelm, no “extra,” just smarter hands-on work that makes a real difference.

If TMJ has ever felt intimidating, unclear, or disconnected from the rest of your work… stay close.

✨ Launch coming soon.

“A few minutes of TMJ work can change an entire routine massage session.
When you address the jaw, you often see shifts in the neck, shoulders, breath, and nervous system — without overhauling your flow.
TMJ doesn’t have to be complicated. It just has to be intentional.”

TMJ work isn’t “extra.” It’s often the missing link.

As massage therapists, we spend so much time on necks and shoulders —
but jaw tension is frequently driving what we’re feeling in the upper body.

Clients who clench, grind, hold stress in their face, or live in sympathetic mode often don’t realize how much their jaw is contributing to:
• Chronic neck tension
• Shoulder restriction
• Headaches
• Nervous system overload

When TMJ techniques are seamlessly integrated into a regular massage session, they can:
✔️ Improve neck and shoulder outcomes
✔️ Reduce compensatory tension
✔️ Support parasympathetic shift
✔️ Create noticeable, immediate relief

The best part?
You don’t need to add time to your session — just intention, sequencing, and confidence.

I’m passionate about helping massage therapists work smarter, not harder, and integrate TMJ work in a way that feels natural, ethical, and effective for both therapist and client.

If TMJ work has ever felt intimidating or “outside your scope,” you’re not alone — and it doesn’t have to be that way.

✨ More coming soon.

Friday morning thought for massage therapists 👇

Adding TMJ work into a routine massage doesn’t have to mean
❌ longer sessions
❌ awkward transitions
❌ or feeling outside your scope

When woven intentionally, jaw work can:
• support neck + shoulder results
• help clients feel relief they didn’t even know they needed
• elevate your session without adding time
• and quietly set your work apart

TMJ doesn’t need to be a “specialty add-on.”
It can live inside the flow of a grounded, effective massage sequence.

More therapists are realizing:
👉 jaw comfort = better outcomes everywhere else

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing how TMJ massage can be seamless, ethical, and practical—especially for therapists who want to work smarter, not harder.

If jaw tension shows up in your treatment room weekly… this work belongs in your hands.

Save this. More coming soon. 🤍

Full house. Full hearts. 🤍

Today’s Yin Yoga petite retreat was everything it was meant to be —
deep rest, slow breath, cozy moments, and shared stillness.

Thank you to every soul who showed up, softened, and allowed themselves to truly rest.
This space was filled with warmth, presence, and that quiet magic that happens when we slow down together.

So much hygge. So much gratitude.
Until next time. ✨🕯️

Sold out—just as it was meant to be ✨

The Yin Yoga Petite Retreat filled beautifully, and I’m incredibly grateful. There’s something special about small gatherings where everyone is meant to be there, where rest is prioritized, and where quiet becomes medicine.

Thank you for the trust, the excitement, and the yeses. I can’t wait to share this experience with you 🤍

Your presence. Your intention. Your nervous system. Your heart.

You can learn techniques. You can perfect pressure. You can memorize anatomy.
But the real magic?
It’s the energy you bring into the room.

Clients may not always know why they feel better after a session…
They just know they do.

Because energy can’t be filtered.
It can’t be faked.
And it can’t be edited.

Show up grounded. Show up present. Show up real.
That’s the work. That’s the medicine.

Most therapists completely miss this area…

Most bodyworkers are incredible at necks, shoulders, and backs…
But almost nobody is properly trained in the jaw.

And yet the jaw is involved in:
• Headaches
• Neck pain
• Shoulder tension
• Clenching
• Nervous system overload

I’ve seen so many chronic issues soften when the jaw is addressed correctly.

This is the work I’ve been quietly refining and teaching. More soon. 🤍

Krystal's love for Massage Therapy is inspired by her passion for health & wellness. Sharing her love for life balance of massage, physical & nutritional health energizes her. She offers Therapeutic Massage with focus on chronic daily pain due to injury or day to day occupational patterns prohibiting normal activities, sleep and day to day tasks. Teaching clients to simply take the time to relax, slow down & enjoy the little things in life is truly rewarding. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, her bodywork is a combination of relaxation and therapeutic modalities, known as Ortho-Bionomy. She works with your body and muscles rather than against them, offering you an enjoyable, yet productive Massage Session. She works with each client individually to personally customize sessions to assist in achieving your goals.

Health Coaching: She works with individuals with 1 on 1 coaching who have body and joint pain, due to inflammation, arthritis, fibromyalgia, diabetes, or other autoimmune irritants to reduce and sometimes completely eliminate their pain so they can eat, sleep and enjoy life the way they deserve.

*Please Note* She is also certified in Pre-Natal Massage, however, you will need a doctor's note before your first massage session. You must be at least 12 weeks along, and please be aware all Pre-Natal Massages will be done side-lying or with Pea in a Pod Cushion*
