7 month update on one of our tummy tuck patients!⁣

This patient in her 30s came in after losing 70lbs and maintaining her goal weight for a few months. She wanted to address the loose skin on her stomach that she had after losing the weight.⁣

Here she is 7 months after we performed an extended abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) to contour her abdomen and repaired her muscle separation (diastasis recti). Her scars are fading nicely and will continue to fade over time. 12 weeks post-op!

This patient in her 30s came in after losing 70lbs and maintaining her goal weight for a few months. Her main concerns were her loose skin and breasts implants. She had previously had 2 breast augmentation surgeries about 15 years ago with other surgeons.

We performed an extended abdominoplasty, breast implant removal and replacement, and breast lift. We repaired her muscle separation as part of the abdominoplasty and replaced her 850cc implants with 700cc high profile implants to get the natural look she desired. She loves her new tummy and natural breast shape that we were able to achieve by adjusting her implant size and performing a breast lift. At this stage she is having much less swelling and her scars are going to continue to fade over the next few months.

Immediate post-op of a mommy makeover!

This patient in her 30s came to us wanting a mommy makeover to address her breasts and loose skin. She had previously had a breast augmentation and breast lift about 15 years ago with another surgeon. We performed a tummy tuck, breast implant removal and replacement, and breast lift. While operating we found 2 hernias that we repaired in addition to her diastasis muscle separation.

Here she is right after surgery! During the procedure we also inject Exparel into the incision sites and muscle repair for our tummy tuck patients in order to minimize their pain after surgery. With the Exparel many patients find that they need minimal or no opioid medication to manage their pain after! Over the next few days after surgery the Exparel will time-release the local numbing medication providing direct pain relief.

2 weeks post breast augmentation!⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This patient came in wanting to increase her breast size with a breast augmentation in a way that still matched her small frame. We performed a sub-muscular breast augmentation with two different sized implants to help balance out her slight asymmetry. A 240cc implant was selected for her left side and a 255cc implant for her right. She is only 2 weeks out but is already so pleased with the size and shape we selected to help her achieve her goal! Her implants will continue to settle and soften over the next few months.⁣⁣
