DOT Spring Fling — April 2nd 🌸

Four years ago we threw our first Spring Fling because we believed community is everything — that the body is a vehicle for living a great life, and the work we do in health & wellness matters because it allows people to go where they want, do what they want, and be present with their people for the moments that count.

Four years later — we're still at it. And this one is the biggest yet.
We're bringing together 10+ local health, fitness & wellness vendors, covering food and drinks, and raising money for a cause one of our providers is deeply passionate about — the Angels for Allison Foundation

The weather is warming up (and hopefully here to stay), which means it is time to start talking about our Annual Spring Fling!

This year we will be hosting the event on April 2nd at our Jacksonville Beach location at 5 PM. There will be food, drinks, music, local vendors, amazing raffles, and a Pie an Employee competition.

All proceeds will go towards the Angels for Allison Foundation. A non-profit that is near and dear to our hearts. Angels for Allison raises money to support families who are grieving the loss of a child through financial and community outreach support.

We would love to see you all out here for a good time and to raise money to support local families.

Great experience, did a functional movement assessment and v02 max test. Staff was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions and walk me through everything thoroughly. Will be back to retest in a few months to continue checking my numbers and stats on my health journey

We’re feeling extra thankful this season! 🦃💛 Huge thank you to everyone who came out to our Thanksgiving Food Drive last Wednesday — we had an amazing time together and collected 1,683 pounds of food for families in need! This year’s total beat our 2023 record of 390 pounds and our 2024 total of 785 pounds — incredible growth thanks to our amazing community! Your generosity and spirit make all the difference.

I feel so good after every visit to DOT! Doctor Bailey really knows her business. I have a relatively large yard which includes front and back vegetable gardens, plus I'm in the process of trying to rid myself of Augustine grass in favor of a an environmentally positive Native plant haven for bees, birds, butterflies and bats. Unfortunately this goal puts a lot of stress on my body (particularly my sciatic nerve). For awhile I shut the blinds and stopped going outside because I couldn't stand looking at the over growth I could not work on. With Bailey's help and encouragement I'm back out there working because I know she will massage the tweeked nerve, release the cramped muscle, and give me another recommendation for supportive exercise that keeps me active. I hit the jackpot when I found DOT.
