Wanted to send a special thanks to Kelly Brennan. She is one of our amazing caregivers who has taken a special interest in making sure her client gets out and has a special snack every day she is with him. She brings him pizza and chocolate shakes! Today they went for two walks and got to see a group from the Symphony. Thank you for making our client’s lives so full Kelly!

This sweet lady earned her wings today. She loved reading, acting and hummingbirds! Her amazing caregiver, Donna Allsop, took such great care of her and made sure that even though she had dementia, she still got out, could get her nails done, could go to the beach and out for dinner or a play. We will miss you Gwen! 👼 Donna, thank you for making her final days so special.

Today I want to give a shout out to Deanna Ellis and Donna Allsop, two of our amazing caregivers who go out of their way to make sure that their clients are happy and getting the best out of life! Donna and Deanna got together to take their separate clients out for lunch. Donna also took beautiful Ms. Gwen out to get her nails done. These ladies are always looking for opportunities for socialization and activity. We are so lucky to have both of you! Thank you for all you do. 🥰

Wanted to share about one of our fabulous clients who has early onset Alzheimer's and her amazing caregiver, Lydell.

Veronica is young but can't be on her own, even for a minute, because of this terrible disease. Even so, Lydell will not let that slow her down! Over the past week, Lydell took Veronica from Jacksonville to St. Thomas, USVI! Veronica was able to enjoy this wonderful vacation, meet many of Lydell's family, went to Coral World, took a day trip to St. John and just had an incredible week!

A massive thank you to Lydell for going way beyond the call of duty to enrich the lives of our clients and keep them safe at the same time. This is what sets you apart! You are worth your weight in gold to Care Management, to Veronica and to her family.

Meet Holly. She is one of our amazing clients. She suffers from a traumatic brain injury and lives at a local skilled nursing facility. Her caregivers take her out for walks, go to activities at the facility, read to her, watch movies with her and make sure that she is getting the best care possible. They have all become very close to Holly. This is a picture taken by her caregiver, Yatoshia, on one of their daily walks. Shout out to Yatoshia, Sherly and Becky, Holly‘s wonderful caregivers!
