Grab your pleasers, and get ready to dance like a stripper! On March 21st at 7pm learn stripper style flow, tricks, and tips from instructor Ebony! She has 10 years of exotic dance experience, has worked at some of the top clubs in America and is ready to pass on everything she’s learned to the next wave of dancers! Level up your club skills, learn something sexy for your partner, or simply come out for some spicy fun!

This workshop is ALL LEVELS and will focus on the following:

Step into the glamorous world of Burlesque!

Whether you want to rule the stage or just play and explore, this beginner series creates space for you to unleash your creativity while you dance a little spin and show a little skin.

Some elements of the course:

basic burlesque movements

character creation

costuming elements

learn a group choreography & develop solo acts

Sundays, 5:30-7:00 pm - March 15, 22, 29 - April 12, 19, 26

May 3rd -dress rehearsal for grad show

May 17th - grad show!

Curious about shuffle dancing but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly pop-up class is the perfect intro. We’ll break down the core shuffle fundamentals (the Running Man and the T-Step) step by step in a fun, supportive, and judgment-free space. We are so exited to host at alt fit jax on the 13th of March at 5:30. Workshop is an hour and a half and is $30. Book on mindbody or dm us and we can get you signed up.

Our Annual Showcase is almost here! Tickets are going fast, so get yours today! We are still looking for volunteers if you’d like to come help out (and get in free). Friday, February 6 at 7pm & Saturday, February 7 at 4:30pm. Doors open 30mins prior to showtime. No exceptions.

Black Friday deals are coming.
You can access the class passes, privates package and one year membership online in the 27th for 4 days, November 27th to the 30th. Prices for all class packages are going up in January so this is the least you will pay. Stock up! You can purchase more than one class pass package and use them all year long. The benefits of the year membership go beyond just the discount. The year membership allows you access to sign up for classes for the full year in advance so you are guaranteed to be in all of those hard to book classes all year long. Discounts on merchandise in studio will be for one week. From the 27th of November to the 4th of December.

In an effort to support our community, there is a bin located right next to the front door with bags right beside it. If you have something to donate, please put it in the box. If you or someone you know needs food, fill up a bag and take it. We are accepting non-perishable items and gift cards. If donations outpace the needs of our community, we will donate the surplus to Thank you for continuing to show up for each other. We love you ❤️🤗

Hello everyone.
We need some help here. One of the units in our building has been rented out to someone trying to open up a retail shop that sells packaged beer, wine and to***co products. While we love beer and wine it’s just not the most appropriate commercial center for this. We have most service related business and already limited and stressed parking. Additionally, there is already a shop in the retail center next door to us where you can purchases all of these things. Do we really need two in a predominately residential section of the beaches?
If you are so inclined will you please write an email or letter to the planning commission before the 8th of this month. Or, you can come and speak out against it in person with us on the 13th at 6pm.

Sharing is caring.
You should expect to share a pole in all of our classes from beginner to advanced and everything in between.
Why is pole sharing good?
1. You get to meet new people
2. You get a break in between moves
3. You get to help each other and encourage each other to get the moves
