Got Pain? Want to bypass the Primary Care/Diagnostic Runaround? Learn to work with your own Nervous System to go from feeling triggered to feeling unbothered! Yesterday, I was in the grocery store. The clerk asked how I was doing. I said, "Rolling with the constant ups & downs of changing prices!" Surprised, I realized I didn't care about the crazy inflation of food prices at that moment. I was joking about it! It was especially obvious when the clerk got triggered, going off on a tangent about the price of gas...which faded into silence as she looked at me. I smiled. She let it go. This is the magic of learning to use Awareness Through Movement® - you discover how to create the exact conditions your nervous system needs to reset itself.
It's more cost-effective than insurance when you know how to take care of yourself!
Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lessons use gentle, movement sequences to improve how you organize daily activities at work, so you can expend more energy at doing the things you love! By exploring functional and developmental movement patterns—many learned before you could speak—compensation patterns from old injuries are reorganized and muscular tension is reduced.
• Alternative to stretching to improve mobility & release tension at home
• Improving injuries that have resulted in asymmetrical imbalances
• Postural re-education of alignment for sitting, standing, and walking
• Deconstruct postural habits that cause pain
• Neurological re-education to change compensation patterns to alleviate pain
• Decrease stress levels: set aside time every week for self-regulation practice
Body awareness. It's not just for athletes. It's for anyone who wants to heal.
