I want to share a quick update with you all. I have an upcoming medical procedure scheduled and will be taking a short step back from in-person visits while I recover. During this time, I will be offering virtual lactation consultations only.

Your support, your questions, your babies, your late-night “is this normal?” messages still matter deeply to me. Virtual visits are a wonderful way for us to stay connected and continue working through feeding goals together from the comfort of your home.

If you need support, I am here. We will adjust. We will make it work. That’s what we do.
