Zinc is a fighter & a healer.
This amazing nutrient is already found within our body. It helps our bodies fight illness, inflammation, and is active in the restoration process.
The body needs zinc to make proteins and DNA (healer), but it also helps breakdown carbohydrates & is needed for our sense of taste/smell.
