BALL DROP BEVERAGE FOR KIDS! 🪩

🧑🏽‍🍳 You need: cotton candy, sprinkles, apple juice/cider, and we added a cookie!

🧑🏽‍🍳 We used champagne flutes 🥂 to serve!

🧑🏽‍🍳 Make a ball with the cotton candy and fill it with sprinkles… drop the ball in the juice and see it dissolve! Very festive and yummy!

PUMPKIN CARVING TIPS! 🎃

✨ This is an awesome sensory activity! Let your kids be involved in all the process! They get to touch, smell, and taste!

🧑🏽‍🍳 Use cookie cutters as an easy way to decorate and make shapeS!

🧑🏽‍🍳 As a snack, we cut them in long slices and paired with ranch dressing! Kids love dips!

RAINBOW SHAKE 🌈!

🧑🏽‍🍳 Smoothies are easy to make and you can have it as breakfast or snack!

🧑🏽‍🍳 Just blend a variety of fruits/vegetables, which provide fiber, vitamins and minerals!

🧑🏽‍🍳 Make it colorful so it is fun and healthy! Different colors of fruits and vegetables give you different nutrients!

🧑🏽‍🍳 kids love the combination of flavor and if it’s colorful, better!

🧑🏽‍🍳 The base of every smoothie is frozen banana 🍌 to give consistency!

🧑🏽‍🍳 Blend all ingredients of each color, put them in freezer while you prepare the rest, then stack each one on top of the other in a glass!
