Hey Jacksonville!
We're passionate about our community and want to find a way to give back. We're asking for your help raising funds to benefit our local patients who desperately need items such as: wheelchair ramps, home repairs, and car repairs. Often times, these patients are immobile and have no way to leave their home without help.

What a great day visiting the residents of Cecil Pines!!

Our Contiuum of Care events provide residents with crucial information about services available to them (and they get to eat good food on the house!).

We always have a great time with our partering teams, while spreading information to the Jacksonville community.

We're not one to brag but, we definitely have the best staff in the business!

Our Patient Care Coordinator, Mrs. Tracey, saw a need and found a way to fill it. After finding out one of our patients was having mobility issues, she started researching local businesses that may be willing to help. This led her to a company (not named) willing to build our patient a wheelchair ramp at no charge!! She went a step further, and found a public transportation service to come pick them up too!!

If you love what you do, you never work a day in your life. Thanks Tracey, for going the extra mile and caring for our patients!
